EASY Oatmeal Peach & Raisin Bar Recipe




I came up with a super simple healthy snack option for peeps on the go like myself, and for those looking to reduce their sugar and sodium intake.


It's a peach & raisin oatmeal bar that's sweet...without all of the bullshi*t. It's a recipe so easy that a kid could make it....and probably should.


Ingredients


  • Old Fashion Oat Meal

  • Can of fruit (peaches)

  • Raisins

  • Pumpkin Seed oil (or olive oil)

  • Stevia


First mix all of the ingredients together EXCEPT FOR THE OATMEAL Add Oatmeal last until the texture is firm and moist. I repeat, firm and moist.


Put it in the oven for about 25 minutes at 350.
