Fighting Food Insecurity: ALDI’s Gift Card Program for Local Nonprofits
Meals That Heal recommends supporting ALDI, not just for their affordable, healthy food options, but for their commitment to the community. Through the ALDI Community Gift Card Program, they help nonprofits focused on children’s health and food insecurity by offering gift cards to cover food costs.
If your organization works in these areas, consider applying for this program to help further your mission. By choosing ALDI, you're not only making healthier choices but also supporting a company that actively gives back to the community.
To Get Started with this program...
To apply for the ALDI Community Gift Card Program, your organization must be a US-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit, public school, or Native American Tribe/Nation, and focused on children’s health and wellness or combating food insecurity.
You’ll need to provide IRS forms, verify your organization through YourCause, and demonstrate financial transparency.
Gift cards range from $100 to $500 and applications must be submitted at least eight weeks in advance, between March 1st and December 15th.
ALDI does not fund individuals, political, or religious activities, and organizations can only receive one donation per year.
